All SmartFone telephone and routing hardware is OPTIONAL but they DO make your calling easier.

We have carefully chosen these devices from a huge list of new technology and tested them all to work extremely well on the the 1CC service.

Some devices allow you to also answer your old (PSTN) phone lines on the same analog handset as your Internet phone calls. These devices default to making outbound calls using 1CC but, as a backup (safety), you can still make regular (PSTN) calls after entering a prefix code.

All the following devices are supplied pre-configured with YOUR 1CC settings so, in most cases, they will work right out of the box. We have also included a FREE SmartStart option (valued at $30) and FREE delivery to make your changeover to VoIP a painless as possible. How easy is that!

Internet Requirements

You MUST have a quality Broadband Internet connection to make any of these devices work. Check here to see what you service is capable of.

We suggest you have AT LEAST a 512k/128k ADSL. If available we suggest you get ADSL2+ which has the highest capacity for a home internet connection.

Businesses need a business grade internet connection. You will require permanent availability of 30-100kbps per concurrent call. (ie minimum 150k/150k for 5 simultaneous phone calls). 

QoS (Quality of Service) should also be enabled throughout your network and battery backup of your phone, router & internet access devices utilized in order to minimize call interruptions.
